Yes - if you "Show GPS tracks (G)" you'll see that's exactly what
someone has done - sadly it's an anonymous user, so there's no way
to contact them. Until the API0.4->0.5 upgrade the other weekend,
you'd have been able to look at the History and at least see how
old they are - someone else might know how that's possible now, but
I don't!

If you can't use them, and no-one has done anything with them for a
little while, then yes.
