Does anyone know who is responsible for the files available at <a href="http://nick.dev.openstreetmap.org/downloads/planet">http://nick.dev.openstreetmap.org/downloads/planet</a> ? I wanted to ask if the Lancs-Cumbria download could be extended to cover a few miles further south.<br>
