Further to this are there some tags that need to be "locked" in some
way to ensure data quality? I'm thinking of speed tag on a road for
example that technically can be used with a device to limit a cars
speed to the speed limit. If left open I'm certain some enterprising
16 year old would up the values so they could speed on the way to
school.<br>
