I would have thought<br>
that in the long run, the closed way is better than the single
node,<br>
which is just a compromise until someone has more time to
trace out<br>
the whole area.<br>

Although I agree that is the correct way, one disadvantage of it is
that if you have an L shaped area the label doesn't display within
the boundaries.<br>
I realise this is a problem for the renderers to solve, but I think
it should be noted. <br>
