<li>"New mapper <5 mapping days" into "New mapper"</li>
<li>"Monument was modified" into "Edited an old monument"</li>
<li>"Wikitags deleted" into "Deleted a wikidata/wikipedia tag"</li>
<li>"New city/town created" into "Added a new place(city/town/country)"</li>
