I do like the idea of business cards, why not solve it in first place like the virtual membership pass?

How about a stamp or badge for on our own website? At this stage it
would benefit me/us. When we talk to government or organizations they
often have not heard about OSM and believe google/yahoo/etc are the
only map providers. But when we can throw around some numbers and
examples of achievements and how OSM differs form the others they begin
to listen. I too often forget the good examples of where OSM has map
details and the others not so that might be something for on the site
too? That brings me to the next point...<br>

I got to think something when I follow the discussions. I might be
completely wrong and better keep my mouth shut but it seems OSM started
from the desire to map the world and slowly attracts the kinds like me
who want to do something (else) with that information. So there are the
people who track, people who put it in the system and people who like
to develop something on top of that and people who have to justify the
use of OSM for a project (clients). All these groups (and more
probably) have their own wishes for the direction OSMF takes, maybe
this could be formalized so in the board will be representatives of
each group or people who represent them. I know there is very little
time to arrange this before the coming election but still...<br>
