It is not a legally binding translation so isn't linked to in the signup process. Why and how the French and Italian versions ended up there I don't know; perhaps Germans can legally sign an English-language contract but Frenchmen and Italians cannot?<br>
</blockquote></div><br>As Tom mentioned, there are laws preventing an English only language contributor terms in France and Italy. For France at least (don't know about Italy), the contributor was translated by a French lawyer and corrected to match the legal obligations in France.<br>
