While I agree that the board should be able to expel members, a clear policy needs to exist before the board can exercise that power. <div style>I agree - but set a limit, for example, membership fees must be received within x days of schedule vote. Is there isn't an automatic process to remind members that their membership fee is due, their should be. </div>
