I would like to propose that the AoA be updated to use gender neutral<br>

Honestly I don't feel that just putting the phrase at the top "Words<br>
importing the masculine gender only shall include the feminine<br>
gender;" is very inclusive. Changing things to say "he or she" would<br>
not be impossible or if we wanted to cover all bases "he, she, or it."<br>
