On the subject of joining the foundation at SotM, is it possible to
offer a discounted membership to those with a significant number of
edits? Either during the conference or at any time?<br>

I joined the foundation to support it but really OSM's true members
are those who edit it not those who pay money, going forwards I'd
like to see more meritocracy in membership and rewards based on
edits.<br>

A couple of months back we discussed the idea of having
some way to join the OSM Foundation at SotM2013. You noted
that we have not done this in the past as there has never
been the time to organise it in the mad rush in the weeks
leading up to the conference.<br>

Can I therefore ask that you raise this idea with the Board
early (as in, now) so that they can decide whether they
would like to have a sign-up stand / poster / lightning
talk.<br>
