      as stated  before the bank charges refer mainly to currency losses

      from Euros and Dollars that we hold in our Paypal accounts. The

      insurance is a Indemnity and Professional Indemnity Insurance

      Policy for the Directors (Board Members). There is just this

      single insurance.<br>
