
<html><body><div>Is there a schedule for the upcoming AGM and OSMF board elections? It's under two months to State of the Map 2014 and over a year since the last ones in Sept 2013. </div><div><br></div><div>I'm not sure how much notice is required by the Companies Act and AoA. </div><div><br></div><div>My reading of the past elections is that Matt Amos and Dermot McNally will be stepping down or running for re-election and that there are no cases of equal seniority, although it's possible that another board member may want to step down.</div></body></html>
