I can't blame them, some responses are (extremely) negative. I happen to be member of a choir. There it's stimulated that anyone who has an opinion on any matter speaks out. And the board carries out what the membership wants. So simple can governance be. I was a board member in a citizens committee of my neighbourhood and organized a poll under all 1.500 households asking them wat they wanted. Since it shouldn't be a board of a few persons deciding what the citizens committee should do. That's another simple example of governance. In the culture of OSMF it's likely to be shot if one comes up with that idea.
