in place and then think about a process later, or in coding terms, I'm<br>
applying the "agile budgeting" technique ;)<br>

I welcome any discussion about this on this list. I assume that the<br>
board will also discuss broader strategy and budgeting issues at a F2F<br>
meeting in spring and that would be a good time to look further ahead.<br>
<br>
For the time being, I'm a fan of Mike Collinson's recent ideas of<br>
making contribution, even in small amounts, easier and perhaps less<br>
formal. Figuratively speaking, I'm not looking for a group to engineer<br>
the heating system for the next century, I'm happy if someone shows up<br>
and helps me chop some wood next weekend.<br>
