Heather Leson is currently a member of HOT, Joost Schouppe is not.<br>

For completeness: From the current board Kate and Mikel are both HOT<br>
members, none of the rest is.<br>

For better understanding: HOT in contrast to the OSMF does not have an<br>
open membership, people apply for membership and are selected for this<br>
position by the existing members.  People active in HOT otherwise, like<br>
in mapping or in organizing things are not necessarily members but only<br>
members have a formal say in the organization.<br>
