* links / references to earlier meetings where topics have been discussed before<br>
* context for topics is summarized, where applicable<br>
* more of what is said during the meetings is captured (not just decisions / topics but also other points and suggestions made).<br>
As you said, the overall formatting has been improved to make it easier to read, meetings have been more consistently announced on this list, and the minutes have been published more quickly.<br>
