Part of her talk covers the Doctrine of Discovery which is people use to claim ownership of the land of indigenous peoples. </div><div><br></div><div>I've had conversation with a number of the tribes near me on what it would take to get them to start mapping their lands. The first thing that comes up is cultural sensitivities.
