Just a note on this because people tend to forget: there is
the standing<br>
offer of the OSMF to provide informal local users groups with
an<br>
openstreetmap.xx domain (that is paying for and running it),
existing<br>
non-LC groups that have a domain should contact the LWG to
regularize<br>
the situation.<br>
