Peradeniya from the January of 2020. It
is the first GIS undergraduate programme in Sri Lanka.</p>

programme, we are planning to introduce the GIS trends in the world through a seminar
series. If you know any expert coming from Foreign Country who is working in
the GIS sector, we can invite him to come to our university and do some seminar to
movie students to learn GIS and go ahead in their life with GIS. Meanwhile, this
opportunity can be used to promote Open Source GIS in Sri Lanka. </p>
