If these are deemed sufficiently addressed, the local community and OSMF-talk are consulted.</div><div><br></div><div>Some time back Heather asked LCCWG for help in this process, but I believe they (or "we", since I'm a member) prefer to get involved BEFORE any bylaws are written, rather than after.
