</div><div><br></div><div>We decided to extend Dorothea's contract, which was due to expire soon, and to examine possible future modifications to her contract with an eye to retaining Dorothea's valuable services while minimizing overhead costs, in keeping with the general OSM philosophies of fairness, economy, and cost containment.  <br></div><div><br></div><div>1:
