<p>You must be reading a different document than I am. The major
problem with the application is that their AoAs don't allow for
this, instead it uses a HoT like model with some window dressing.<br>
</p>
<p>I'm actually surprised that the LCCWG allowed the application to
move forward to this stage without having the obvious issue
addressed.<br>
