Thank you for sharing this document.<br>
In particular, I do appreciate the goal of 'creating or
identifying a body to adjudicate technology disputes' , such a
body will probably deal with others things than editors in a near
future.<br>
However, I'm not sure if such a document is best shared as an
attachment to the mailing list to attract many comments. Should we
put it on the wiki or else?<br>
