For the record, that's also my thinking.
I think the AoA amendment neither hurts nor is necessary to do what the
board wants to do.
I'll vote yes on the amendment because I figure that if the board thinks
it helps them, and I think it doesn't hurt, then why not.
But should the amendment fail to go through, I think it will be
perfectly fine for the board to form committees even without this being
codified in the AoA.
