In regards to Frederik: He has done a wonderful job for many, many years, with a huge positive impact on all matters OSM. I really enjoy working with him in the German LC (FOSSGIS), he is one of the reasons why I joined it. In my experience he is always open, friendly and understanding and does not deserve to be put on the spot in such a fashion.<br>

I do not believe this manifesto will make any difference: There are no actual actionable points in the document, besides having “more code of conduct“. If you have some specific ideas that could be realized, I am sure you can pitch them and they‘ll be discussed on their merits.<br>
<br>
OpenStreetMap should be fun for everyone.<br>
