<p>We've been through this all before. Word mincing is not going to
make the slightest difference to a legal evaluation in a
sole/dominant contractor situation. <br>
</p>
<p>There are some countries that don't care, but there are lots that
do and where the OSMF will potentially have social security
payments and other employment related obligations.</p>
