<p>To clarify: the current difference wrt governance is that
associate members can't vote on AoA changes and can't be elected
to the board, they can however participate in elections and other
(non-AoA matter) votes. Normal members can naturally do all of the
above.</p>

We (the Membership Working Group) are working on accepting Active
Contributor Normal Members which should be equal to Normal members
regarding voting.
