      so something that can be put in place and changed by the board.
      Essentially it just documents best practice that the board has

    <p>That is the main point, while you might get a few takers if you
      tell them you are guaranteed not to be elected, this is not what
      we want and it is unfair to talk people into standing and going
      through all the motions when you know that there is no chance for

          It is "more likely" as in there has not been an incumbent that
          stood for <br>
          re-election that hasn't been successful in modern times. And
          even <br>
          historically it has only happened twice and in both cases the
          candidates <br>
          were very unpopular (something that cannot be said about the
          current board).<br>
