whoever is the best fit for the organisation, and personally I
suspect that someone who is quite busy because their fingers are
in quite a lot of other pies, or whose collaboration style might
not be a good fit for OSM, or seems to have their own agenda
that they are determined to push, might not be at the top of
the list when it comes to voting for the OSMF board.</font></p>
