than happy.<br>

When paying European invoices I just put the reference number on the
payment that goes directly to their bank. That way I don't pay an
inflated exchange rate to paypal.<br>

I note that donations are accepted by bank transfers.

for the update. We've had similar issues with CiviCRM in the past
affecting our elections due to bugs like this w/ 3rd party

highly suggest upgrading to a more robust CRM. It's really helpful for
organizational management, and saves a lot of time.</div><div
