Dear sir/madam,

I am writing to express concerns that the OSRM is not allowing
cyclists and pedestrians to properly use trunk roads in the
Republic of Ireland, despite the fact all trunk roads in the
Republic of Ireland are open to all users, including pedestrians,
      by default.

The two examples above show a completely legal journey that has
been thwarted by the incorrect assumption by OSRM that trunk roads
are restricted, like in most of Continental Europe. I expected
that the journey would be a straight line.

I cannot expect users to continue adding access=yes
to all trunk roads in the Republic of Ireland, because it would be
unfair to Osmose, who correctly recognises that trunk roads in the
Republic of Ireland are open to all users by default.

I think trunk roads could be treated equally with other roads if
the speed limit is below 50 kilometres per hour in Ireland, and 30
miles per hour in the United Kingdom. That is a rough idea since
you probably know the code better than I do.

Best,
