What rules are used to determine what changesets have taken place inside a bbox?<div><a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changesets?bbox=-122.291082%2C47.59163%2C-122.284865%2C47.594394&page=3">http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changesets?bbox=-122.291082%2C47.59163%2C-122.284865%2C47.594394&page=3</a></div>
<div>?</div><div><br></div><div>Right now, this view is cluttered by bboxes the size of the US including my humble neighborhood, so it looks like there's been a ton of activity lately, when most of it is not helpful.</div>
<div><br></div><div>This may be the "proper" behavior & the other guys might ought to be doing things to make their changeset bboxes smaller, but is there anything that can be done to show just changes to ways and nodes inside the bbox, as opposed to listing changeset bboxes that intersect with my view bbox? (Assuming I'm guessing correctly what's happening...)</div>
<div><br></div><div>I'm not a coder, but tried digging through browse_controller.rb and changeset_controller.rb, and it looks like the API (as opposed to railsport logic) is what controls what is returned by a query for changesets? </div>
