<p>I'm sorry, but isn't it already possible with user descriprion? That's where most users put their links, <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Zverik">me included</a>. Some even have rather big link archive there, like <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/az09">az09</a>.</p>
