<p>I received email notice that a comment was made on my note. Email included link to this page: <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/note/139">http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/note/139</a>. The email notice did not tell me the note had been resolved.</p>

<p>It actually is not resolved, and I want to reopen it. I clicked the edit link: <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?note=139">http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?note=139</a> But it does not open the note for editing. Viewing the note directly does not allow me to reopen it either.</p>

<p>So a few issues</p>

<ul>
<li>include resolution notice in email notification</li>
<li>email link does not work</li>
<li>no way to reopen note</li>
</ul>
