<p>The problem, in my eyes, with LearnOSM isn't that it needs an chapter on iD as well as/instead of the Potlatch 2 chapter (which appears to be blank anyway) in the book part of the site, but rather the main HTML part.</p>

<p>A new user is going to go to LearnOSM and hit the big green "New to OpenStreetMap?" button and then get to the "Getting Started Editing" section and be faced with instructions on how to download and install JOSM which is not a user friendly way to get somebody mapping...</p>
