<p>In View mode I activate the Notes layer and I comment/close a note<br>
In edit mode (<a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit">http://www.openstreetmap.org/edit</a>), if I activate the notes layer it asks for authorization (popup text: Web password) when I try to comment/close a note.</p>
