<p>Using Konqueror, the welcome page redirects to <a href="http://redesign.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/?edit_help=1">http://redesign.apis.dev.openstreetmap.org/?edit_help=1</a> after displaying for a second. Not a high market-share browser I know, but nevertheless indicates some weird bug.</p>
