<p><a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/history#map=14/51.4921/-0.0052">http://www.openstreetmap.org/history#map=14/51.4921/-0.0052</a> looks to be the page, and I can confirm it's an issue on Firefox and Chrome.</p>

<p>It does <em>not</em> appear with locale=el, I had to manually set it in my settings.</p>

<p>One other difference between locale=el and setting it in the settings is that with locale the changeset dates were in English, with settings, they're translated.</p>

<p>The problem does not appear if you go directly to the page, you must first go to <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=14/51.4921/-0.0053">http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=14/51.4921/-0.0053</a> then click history.</p>
