<p>This is basically the same as <a href="https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/5044">https://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/5044</a> and really makes precisely my point, that there is no good solution because every browser may use a different set of modifier keys for this sort of thing.</p>
