<p>I'm not sure you understand the issue. My bookmark used to bring up up the changesets for a region, now it redirects to a page fragment. An appropriate redirect would be to <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/history#map=8/40.185/10.519">http://www.openstreetmap.org/history#map=8/40.185/10.519</a></p>
