<p>If I start on a user's changeset page, browser to a changeset, then hit back I <strong>sometimes</strong> end up on a page fragment instead of the changeset list page.</p>

<p>I'm using chrome on Win7.</p>

<p>I'm unable to find a sequence that consistently reproduces this, but I've had it multiple times.</p>
