<p>This needs some tests in <code>test/functional/changeset_controller_test.rb</code> to test the new argument. At least one to test that changing the limit works (you'll probably have to reduce it rather than increase it, as the test fixture won't have many) and one or two to check that invalid values report an error.</p>
