<p>Yes I can reproduce that - you have to be on a view that doesn't have location information in the URL when you comment for it to happen.</p>

<p>I was failing to reproduce it because I kept selecting a note, then zooming out or moving the display so that I would be able to see the effect, which adds the location to the URL.</p>
