<p>This addresses issue <a href="https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/668" class="issue-link" title="Messaging: missing subject kills message">#668</a> where a message submitted without a subject resets the form with a blank message. The form already uses <a href="https://github.com/body" class="user-mention">@body</a> and we can refill the form with the message if a save fails.</p>
