<p>Well translations should be added via TranslateWiki (<a href="https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:OpenStreetMap#OpenStreetMap_website">https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:OpenStreetMap#OpenStreetMap_website</a>) and there's nothing anybody here can do.</p>

<p>That said I'm curious as to why it isn't falling back to english...</p>
