<li>click on 'wiki.openstreetmap.org'
-> the page '<a href="http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Main_Page">http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Main_Page</a>' is opened.
The expected result is '<a href="http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Main_Page">http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/DE:Main_Page</a>', i.e. the German version of the wiki. 
This might happen with other localizations as well.<br>
