<p>Hi - I don't see the behaviour you describe. I'm using Firefox 26.0 on Ubuntu. If I move the map to a location, the URL gets updated as I drag (e.g. to <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/51.58901/0.00380">http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/51.58901/0.00380</a> ) and then when I refresh, even if I shift-refresh, that URL stays the same and the same location+zoom is reloaded. Fine. Also fine on Chromium 31.0.1650.63.</p>

<p>Please check whether the problem you see is due to your web browser (updated recently?), browser plugins (updated/added new ones?), or other local issues (e.g. DNS). If not, please specify which browser and browser version you're using, so that others can confirm/deny the symptoms.</p>
