In the meantime I've noticed, that my example was badly chosen (again), because the cathedral already has a WikiData-item, so the etymology-information should be stored at Wikidata.
Thus I've created some examples with multi-value wikidata-tags:

Museum for scales and weights Balingen for subject:wikidata

A car-shop for brand:wikidata

A building and its neighbouring buildings for architect:wikidata

Hans-und-Sophie-Scholl-Platz for name:etymology:wikidata
