<p>I can see the failure in the log, but it looks like it was a one off and when you tried again you got in OK?</p>

<p>Unfortunately it looks like the failure was very early, before any proper exception handling was setup, so there is no useful information in the log with which to try and diagnose the problem :-(</p>
