<p>I guess that it would be quite usefull, if one could get a changset comment feed filtered to a custom bounding box, just like the <a href="http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Notes#RSS_feed">notes feed</a>. That way, mappers could see local discussions much more easily.</p>
